Job Title: Senior Sales Operations Coordinator

Job-Type: Full-Time

Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 plus Quarterly Bonus

Role Overview:

As the Senior Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of sales activities, ensuring accurate lead assignment, meeting scheduling, and performance reporting. You'll play a key role in calculating monthly commissions and bonuses, while also collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless processes. This is a hands-on role that requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Meeting & Lead Coordination:

  • Schedule and manage daily meetings for the sales team using Zoom, Calendly, and other tools.
  • Distribute leads to SDRs and closers, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate tracking in our CRM.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (e.g., pipeline status, conversion rates).
  • Analyze trends and present insights to sales leadership to drive data-backed decisions.

Commissions & Bonuses:

  • Accurately calculate monthly commissions and bonuses, coordinating closely with finance for on-time payouts.
  • Assist in developing commission structures and incentive programs in alignment with company goals.

Systems & Tools Administration:

  • Oversee the use of our CRM and other internal systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data hygiene.
  • Train and support team members on best practices to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Process Improvement & Documentation:

  • Identify operational bottlenecks; develop and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and clarity.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and other teams to coordinate projects and share insights.
  • Act as the go-to person for resolving sales-related operational issues, ensuring all stakeholder requirements are met.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar hands-on coordination role, ideally in a SaaS environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and scheduling software (Zoom, Calendly).
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
  • Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
