Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for strategically managing relationships with our Healthcare Transportation clients, including retention, scopes of work, contracts and the development of share of wallet growth opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating internal activities to ensure all functional groups meet or exceed client expectations while providing a single point of contact for the client; developing pricing and presenting proposals to clients for new services; measuring account profitability, reporting on Transportation performance metrics and keeping abreast of critical market issues to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Job Key Contributions/Tasks:
Managing a portfolio of dedicated, routed, and scheduled Healthcare Transportation, ensuring you have an in-depth understanding of the customer needs and the current Apple Express value proposition while recognizing future growth opportunities.
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regularly scheduled and ad-hoc contact. You will develop and lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with customers and senior Apple Express leadership.
Handle new account start-ups from cradle to grave and insure 100% ownership in providing quality service.
Ensure comprehensive Scopes of Work for each client are valid, current, accurate and in line with respective Provincial Health Agency regulations.
Effectively interacting with other departments including Business Development, Operations and Administration when on boarding new business, ensuring all are fully informed in all aspects of the requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and creation of written proposals, pricing and the preparation and delivery of presentations to prospective clients and general audiences.
Ensure that client specific training is developed and delivered to our internal teams and that training is kept current as requirements evolve.
Participate in the development and expansion of product offerings as well as solution design.
Manage all aspects of projects including timelines for clients and internal teams, process development, performance reporting and ensure key milestones are attained.
Work closely and collaboratively with our Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure the best possible Customer Experience.
Job Key Success Factors/Performance Criteria:
Experience in Transportation operations, specifically dedicated routed and on demand activities.
Experience and familiarity with Canadian home healthcare programs and requirements.
Strong analytical background, including pricing structures and profitability models.
Discipline in recording and documenting all interactions with clients.
Awareness of healthcare trends and how they can affect our clients and our offerings.
High degree of self-motivation and accountability.
Managing predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).

Qualifications
College Diploma or University degree in Business Administration.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Supply Chain solutions or similar industry.
Strong client relations experience, preferably in a customer facing capacity.
Previous experience with activity-based costing and transportation routing an asset.
Language Skills:
English is the principal language for this position. This position requires exemplary written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.
