Position: Intermediate Bilingual Corporate Travel Counselor

Location: Ottawa (Hybrid) Full-Time Experience Level: Intermediate

Are you an experienced Corporate Travel Counselor with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Bilingual Corporate Travel Counselor (will consider an excellent English only speaking agent) to join our team and assist corporate clients in planning seamless travel experiences.

What You'll Do:

Manage and book corporate travel itineraries for clients using Sabre

Provide personalized travel recommendations and solutions

Offer bilingual support (English/French) to a diverse client base (Preferably)

Ensure all travel arrangements meet corporate guidelines and policies

Contribute to the success and efficiency of the team by maintaining high service standards

What You Bring:

2+ years of Corporate Travel Experience

Proficiency in Sabre (a MUST)

Ideally fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment (2-3 days in office in Ottawa)
