The position is ideal for an HR professional with a Generalist background of about 8-10 years, as the type of client work will vary and will include strategic HR planning, organizational design, recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, employee relations, policy development, compensation and benefits, talent management, and training & development.

You enjoy developing long-term and collaborative working relationships, have the ability to work in teams, and are a self-starter who is motivated to push initiatives through to completion.

A post-secondary education in Human Resources along with a CPHR designation (or working towards) is preferred but not required.
