We're looking for an experienced Light and Sound Technician with a passion for video games and live experiences. You'll lead and oversee the local technical team, ensuring the seamless operation of the show and delivering a flawless guest experience.

Please note - This is a temporary contract for a duration of 3 months (June - August)

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed operational and staffing plan in collaboration with producers.
• Train and learn technical systems during the build phase to support post-launch operations.
• Collaborate with Operations associates to develop a detailed and actionable experience
• Monitor and maintain technical elements of the experience during daily operations.
• Handle repair and maintenance tasks during non-operational hours.
• Communicate issues to leadership and submit daily logs/reports.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of team leadership experience, ideally in attractions, theme parks, or touring environments.
• Knowledge of attraction operations and remote team collaboration.
• Strong organizational, independent work, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and the public.
• Passion for the entertainment industry and video games.
