We're currently looking for a Technical Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit team. In this role, you'll play a key part in matching top tech talent with permanent and contract opportunities, guiding professionals through their career journey while supporting leading organizations with their hiring needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Proactively sourcing top-tier technology professionals through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and cold outreach
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline in the tech space
• Conducting in-depth interviews to understand candidates' skills, goals, and values
• Collaborating with Client Managers to gain a deep understanding of client requirements, team culture, and technical environments
• Matching candidates to suitable roles and preparing them thoroughly for interviews
• Managing offer presentations and guiding successful candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Following up with placed candidates to ensure long-term success and satisfaction
• Continuously researching and recommending new sourcing strategies
• Handling related administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
