This is a part-time opportunity where you get the chance to help this thriving law firm to establish their HR practices. The company is flexible for you to work 20-25 hours per week, however works for you. It could be 3 days, or it could be 5 days with shorter hours. The full time salary would be 120k-130k, pro rated.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback
- Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
- Implement HRIS (that's right - you get to choose one!)
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- A no nonsense attitude!
