We are expanding and seeking a dynamic, creative and experienced Chef to shape our culinary vision as a Multi-unit Executive Chef.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead Culinary Innovation: Develop and execute innovative Italian menus that delight our guests, balancing authenticity with contemporary trends. Constantly explore new techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee and coordinate culinary operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and brand standards.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and build high-performing culinary teams. Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and professionalism.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and monitor operational procedures, food safety standards, and cost controls to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Brand Representation: Act as the culinary ambassador for each brand, maintaining a cohesive vision while adapting to local markets and customer preferences.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of trends in Italian cuisine and the broader hospitality industry to keep our offerings fresh and competitive.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive management, marketing, and service teams to ensure the success of each location.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Multi-Unit Leadership: Demonstrated success as an Executive Chef managing multiple restaurant venues and teams in excess of 100 employees.
  • Proven Expertise in Italian Cuisine: Extensive experience as a head chef or culinary director with a deep understanding of Italian culinary traditions and modern innovations, minimum 5 years.
  • Creative Visionary: Passion for culinary arts with a track record of creating innovative menus and concepts.
  • Strong Leadership & Communication: Inspirational leader with the ability to motivate teams, foster teamwork, and communicate effectively.
  • Financial Acumen and resourcefulness: Ability to analyze financials, manage budgets, analyze inventory reports and optimize operational efficiency
