A leading global asset manager is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst Business Development and Client Strategy with 2-5 year experience in Toronto. This role supports both investor relations and business development initiatives across multiple investment strategies, including infrastructure, private equity, debt, and listed equities.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage investor communications, support new business initiatives, and contribute to the firm's long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support investor relationship management through timely, accurate communications and coordination with internal teams.
  • Assist in fundraising and business development efforts by maintaining marketing and due diligence materials.
  • Manage and update CRM tools (Salesforce) and consultant/investor databases.
  • Prepare responses to investor and consultant inquiries, including RFPs, DDQs, and questionnaires.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and prospective clients to inform strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in financial services (e.g., asset management, investment banking, infrastructure, or private markets).
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset but not required.
  • Motivated team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
