Title: Capital Markets Business System Analyst

Contract Duration: 6 months with high possibility of extensions (2 years expected for their project)

Location: Toronto, ON- Hybrid -2x/week onsite

Compensation: $65-70/hour

Hours: 40/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years working as a Business Analyst
• The project is in the preconception phase and has the potential to follow an agile or hybrid approach
• Candidate needs to be well-versed in creating BRDS, SRDS, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Epics, stakeholder analysis, and stakeholder identification
• Min 3 years of recent experience working with Capital markets with a strong understanding of foreign exchange and currency (i.e, trade booking, converting currencies, foreign currency income)
• They need to understand the foreign currency and exchange ecosystem, have hands-on experience, and need to gather as a technical BSA
• Previous project experience as a BSA when an application is built on multiple programming languages
• Needs to be a self-starter, be self-disciplined to lead, and be okay with ambiguity, as the app that is being built is new and proprietary to the bank
• Previous experience being a problem solver- strong ability to analyze things to solve problems for the business

Nice to have:

• Previous experience working with external vendors for RFPs
• Mobile application experience in Android or OS - i.e, understanding the native flow to ship an application
