KPScribbler Incorporated is an IT Service Management consulting organisation providing professional IT Service Desk management, certified Service Desk Agents, and administrative support personnel to its clients. Currently, KPS Incorporated is seeking an IT Service Desk Manager to complement our client's managed service provisioning staff in Owen Sound, Ontario.

Role Description

This Service Desk Manager opportunity is a full-time, on-site role with our client in Owen Sound, Ontario. The Service Desk Manager will be responsible for managing technical support and IT service management, providing Service Desk support, and overseeing the service desk operations on a day-to-day basis. The SDM will compile and present Service Desk Client-related reporting to management and work in conjunction with The Project Manager, NOC/SOC Manager, and report to the client's General Manager.

Qualifications

  • Service Desk Management and IT Service Management skills
  • Technical Support and Service Desk Support skills
  • Experience in managing Service Desk operations and technical staff
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • ITIL certification is a plus (Version 4 preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
  • Experience in ConnectWise PSA considered a strong asset
