Iris's direct client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Business System Analyst- Wealth Management for a long term opportunity at Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position).

Job Title: Business System Analyst- Wealth Management

Location: Toronto, ON (3 Days onsite /Week)

Contract to hire

Client: Banking/Financial

Must have:

• Over 8 years of experience predominantly as a BA/BSA
• Experienced with Wealth Management and Canadian banking
• Strong Data Analysis - good background on SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and documentation
• Evaluating business processes, document requirements, perform data analysis.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results in form of user stories or BRD
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Effectively communicating requirements and plans to cross-functional team members and senior management.
• Define solutions meet business needs and requirements, at the same time ensuring technical compatibility.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
