Position Overview:
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting various types of data into our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and the ability to maintain data integrity. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure our databases and records are up-to-date and accurate.
Responsibilities:
- Data Input: Accurately enter data from various sources (paper documents, electronic files, online forms, etc.) into computer databases and spreadsheets.
- Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain existing databases, ensuring information is current and correct.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of entered data.
- Document Processing: Prepare, scan, and organize documents for data entry.
