Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Montreal, QC, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on construction projects.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• BOQ preparation and Cost Planning expertise
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Excel, project management tools)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
