Our client in Woodbridge, ON is actively looking for an Job Title to join their team.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at our Burlington head office. This is a 3-month temporary position with strong potential to transition into a permanent role, depending on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and logistics
- Submit and track expenses
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage office purchases and supplies, including filing of corporate registration changes
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations as needed
- Handle front-desk reception duties and manage day-to-day office needs (e.g., ordering milk, cream, sugar, etc.)
- Support with administrative tools and systems; Concur and MinuteBox experience considered an asset
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in an executive or administrative assistant role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Concur and/or MinuteBox is a strong asset
- Professional, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
