This is a commission-only role designed for high-performing professionals who are ready to take ownership of their desk and operate with autonomy in a supportive, resource-rich environment.

We specialize in delivering top-tier talent solutions to healthcare organizations across Canada. If you have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and deep knowledge of the healthcare space, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
• Proactively identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline management through our CRM system

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is required
• Strong communication, client management, and sourcing skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a results-driven environment
• Comfortable operating in a commission-only structure
