Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a key member of our talent acquisition function, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. Your expertise in recruitment, strong relationship-building skills, and ability to drive strategic talent initiatives will contribute directly to the success of our organization. In this role you will be driving the HR business needs and talent management activities across North America.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for supporting operations with HR business needs (e.g. offer letters, job fairs, referral program etc.) and talent management with an ability to deliver results. In addition, he/she must possess good organizational and communication skills combined with a strong customer service orientation.

Essential Duties:

Talent Management

  • Manage and drive the recruitment process from job requisition through offer acceptance, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across various roles and departments.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and creative recruiting strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Provide a seamless, positive onboarding experience for all candidates, from initial contact to offer stage, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the hiring journey.
  • Draft clear and accurate offer letters for candidates, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and aligned with company policies.
  • Developing, maintaining and updating job descriptions on a periodic basis.
  • Provide communication and training to management and staff related to recruitment and selection and retention programs.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to engage with potential candidates and raise brand awareness.
  • Take ownership of the employee referral program, ensuring its continued success. Collaborate with internal teams to promote and track employee referrals, providing necessary updates and rewards for successful hires.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and organizational needs, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records, generate reports, and monitor key metrics to ensure continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to ensure we are competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Support initiatives that encourage diverse talent acquisition, helping to ensure our hiring practices are inclusive and aligned with our diversity goals.
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned not otherwise captured in this position description.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
  • Minimum of a Human Resources diploma/certificate or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (TA experience within Facilities Services a plus)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and UKG Pro HRIS.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and market trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
