Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brampton, ON. The Senior Dispatcher will be responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, coordinating with drivers, monitoring transportation schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries. The Senior Dispatcher will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and optimize routes for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Experience in dispatching, route planning, and logistics management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with drivers and customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant technology
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance
• High school diploma
