New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Infrastructure Support: Telephony Infrastructure to manage, enhance, and support enterprise telephony infrastructures.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain telephony systems including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, and UCCX.
- Manage VoIP infrastructure, border controllers (CUBE), and contact center solutions.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot telephony infrastructure for reliability and performance.
- Document telephony configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and operational standards.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and vendors.
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing Cisco telephony and unified communication solutions.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting telephony systems and integrations.
- Knowledge of Webex Contact Center, Microsoft Teams PBX, and related technologies.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
