What You'll Do:
- Manage inbound inquiries, quotes, and orders from existing customers in your territory
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Recommend product solutions, cross-reference part numbers, and provide technical guidance
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with the operations team
- Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Hit sales targets and deliver exceptional service
What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of inside sales, parts, or industrial product experience
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and technical specs
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE preferred) and Microsoft Excel
- Mechanical, automotive, or industrial background is a bonus
