We require all our head office associates to be proficient in French, spoken and written.

Under the supervision of the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Clerk will be responsible for supporting the team in the efficient management of supplier-related operations, while ensuring rigorous and professional service.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to supplier inquiries
Reconcile certain accounts based on supplier requests
Analyze account statements and disputed claims
Act as the point of contact for suppliers and liaise with various internal departments
Validate, modify, and create supplier records
Enter invoices into our various accounting systems
Match invoices with purchase orders
Validate purchase orders and link them to the corresponding invoices
Follow up on various files
Collaborate with internal departments and stores
Perform any other related accounts payable tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of accounts payable (an asset)
Customer service experience (an asset)
Knowledge of accounting (an asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft software (an asset)
Attention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong team spirit
