Your new company
You will be joining a well-established real estate development and property management company with over 35 years of experience. They own and manage a diverse portfolio of industrial, retail, and office properties in prime locations throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing leasing activities for office, retail, and industrial properties. Securing new tenants, maintaining relationships with existing ones, and preparing deal recommendations. Conducting property tours, negotiating lease renewals, and collaborating with various teams. Developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and preparing leasing reports. Fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, monitoring financial reports, tracking KPIs, and ensuring leasing targets are met. Providing excellent service to tenants and clients, resolving issues, attending industry events, and preparing regular reports.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of leasing experience in commercial real estate. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Key skills include strong negotiation, sales, communication, and interpersonal abilities, as well as teamwork. Organizational and time management skills are crucial, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A Real Estate license is an asset.
