About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and other clerical tasks.
- Support various departments with administrative needs and special projects.
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and professional.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Must hold a valid security clearance
