About the Role
As a Technical Service Representative (TSR) , you'll be a key part of our Atlantic Technical Team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that our healthcare clients receive reliable, high-quality service for their equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical service and support to customers across Atlantic Canada
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain medical equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Create accurate and timely service reports
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and your team
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Manage parts, tools, and field inventory
- Travel regularly (approximately 75% of the time), including overnight stays
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Biomedical Electronic Engineering Technology, or equivalent education/experience
- 5-7 Years industry experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Highly organized and dependable
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
- A team player with a growth mindset and a desire to contribute to something meaningful
