Sales Assistant / Receptionist

Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing team at Crazy Ape Extreme Equipment. In this dual-role position, you will be the welcoming face of our company, providing excellent customer service while supporting our sales efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a youthful, innovative company that values creativity, teamwork, and a passion for performance. No prior experience is required-just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude!

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming inquiries about our trampolines, crash pads, and custom equipment options.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, reflecting our commitment to quality and professionalism.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating deliveries, and handling basic administrative tasks.

Sales Support Duties:

  • Assist customers in understanding our product offerings, including trampoline configurations, safety features, and customization options.
  • Process orders, prepare quotes, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team by updating customer records, tracking leads, and preparing sales materials.
  • Help promote our products through phone, email, and in-person interactions, showcasing the Crazy Ape difference.
  • Learn and share knowledge about our high-quality trampolines and crash pads to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or reception is an asset but not required. We're happy to train the right candidate!

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
  • A willingness to learn about our products, processes, and industry.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., email, Microsoft Office); experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing services is a bonus.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping people.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, innovative setting.
  • Interest in active lifestyles or trampolines is a plus!

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST (flexibility for occasional weekend or evening support may be required).

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience, plus opportunities for performance-based incentives.
