Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Windsor, ON. The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance & repair, and performing preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. They will also focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service and responsiveness to customer needs.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Experience in maintenance & repair
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
• Ability to work independently in on-site settings
• Relevant experience in HVAC service and repair
• Strong communication skills
• Must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education.
• We require a minimum 313d license and Gas Fitter 2, but a 313A license with some Commercial background would be an asset.
• Must know local HVAC codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job.
• Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes.
• Must be able to draw simple diagrams and be able to read blueprints and other diagrams.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driver's record.
• Must be able to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Typical work week is eight hour workdays, Monday to Friday with a scheduled On Call rotation
