Job Description
The Renewals Specialist will be responsible for working with & supporting our existing client base's licensing needs. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in maintaining & achieving high customer retention rates & renewal objectives.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing customers to quote & close renewal opportunities for the company;
- Maintain strong familiarity & knowledge of Vircom's product portfolio & value proposition for customers & partners;
- Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to pass along relevant details about potential upsell & cross-sell opportunities as needed;
- Maintain & use our CRM to manage customer data & renewals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of account management experience, B2B a benefit;
- Technology sales experience a benefit;
- Excellent written and verbal skills (English & French is preferred);
- A motivated person with multi-tasking capabilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce especially) a benefit;
