We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.

Duration: 12 months

Job Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Review and process complex transactions accurately and on time
  • Manage escalated and sensitive cases; perform testing for enhancements and projects
  • Provide customer service through email, phone, and written correspondence
  • Apply knowledge of Individual Insurance and/or Affinity Markets, including systems and basic processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
  • Analyze and resolve customer requests independently; take appropriate actions
  • Support data cleanup initiatives
  • Provide training and peer support when required
  • Act as a senior team resource, offering guidance and recommending training for newer staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Strong mathematical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, excellent written communication skills, ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability, high attention to detail, effective interpersonal skills, adaptable to change, strong customer service orientation, well-organized, team-oriented.
  • Bilingual (French/English) is a plus.
  • College diploma or equivalent business experience preferred.
