The Role

As our E-Commerce Growth Strategist, your core mission will be to drive profitable, scalable expansion. You'll be responsible for identifying key growth opportunities, improving conversion rates, and expanding into new global markets. You'll collaborate remotely with the founder and team across marketing, design, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new geographic and digital market opportunities
• Improve site conversion rates through data-driven UX testing and CRO strategy
• Conduct competitive research to identify positioning advantages and product opportunities
• Collaborate on marketplace expansion (e.g., Amazon, international platforms)
• Coordinate with internal teams (email, design, dev) to align on growth initiatives
• Propose, test, and iterate on scalable growth experiments

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce growth, strategy, or digital marketing
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and marketplace tools
• Strong understanding of conversion psychology and e-commerce user behavior
• Self-motivated, analytical, and execution-focused
• Strategic thinker who can also operate hands-on

Compensation & Structure:

• Base Salary: Based on experience (Up to $5,000/month range)
• Profit Sharing: Begins immediately - earn a % of company net profit based on contribution and performance
• Work Setup: Fully remote; flexible hours with some meet ups once a week
