IT Deskside support technicians, bilingual

  • $25-38/hour based on experience
  • 6 months CONTRACT with possibility of extension (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week)

Location: Montreal - 100% Inperson

Start Date: ASAP

Language Requirement: Bilingual (English and French)

Engagement Type: Full-time consulting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical assistance, including support via phone and Tech Café presence.
  • Assist with Windows 11 migration across sites, including device imaging, pre-staging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Offer user guidance for OneDrive backups, mobile device support, and specialized Lenovo applications.
  • Log, triage, and resolve technical incidents and requests, escalating as needed.
  • Maintain visibility on-site through proactive office walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with service desk, telecom, and other IT teams for issue resolution.
  • Document all work in ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Support setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of conference and server room equipment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Windows Migration experience
  • Familiarity with Windows 11 is a MUST
  • ServiceNow experience as a Ticketing platform is a MUST
  • Experience working in a Server room
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (English and French).
  • Strong soft skills and professional demeanor when dealing with users.
