Realize Medical is seeking a motivated, hands-on Marketing Lead / Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to own all aspects of marketing at a rapidly scaling medical technology startup. You'll drive initiatives that generate leads, grow brand presence, and deliver measurable success across events, campaigns, and digital channels.

What You'll Do:

• Design, launch, and optimize targeted email campaigns in HubSpot to drive lead generation and sales funnel growth.
• Own marketing strategy and execution for conferences and industry events, including pre-event targeting, at-event strategies, and post-event follow-ups to maximize ROI.
• Lead the planning and execution of a full website revamp focused on lead generation, clear messaging, and user experience.
• Create compelling marketing collateral (case studies, whitepapers, customer stories) that highlights the clinical value and competitive edge of our VR medical platform, Elucis.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with pipeline growth and revenue goals.
• Use analytics and CRM data to measure, optimize, and report on marketing performance.
• Identify and integrate AI tools and automation into marketing workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation, email marketing, and event marketing.
• Required experience in healthcare, medical technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience managing CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) for targeted campaigns and lead nurturing.
• Interest or experience in applying AI-driven tools to enhance marketing performance.
• Proven ability to independently manage website projects or coordinate external vendors.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills - able to simplify complex medical or technical topics into clear, engaging content.
