Systems Integration Specialist

A well-established Canadian manufacturing company is seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity to support the integration and development of key business platforms across a multi-location operation serving clients throughout North America.

In this role, you'll lead integrations across Business Central, B2B platforms, Power BI, Dynamics CRM, and internal websites-while owning backend development and enhancing business intelligence and system performance.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead integration projects across ERP, CRM, and reporting platforms
• Build and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for key business functions
• Support Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform integrations
• Own backend development for internal web platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless system functionality
• Manage data migrations, automations, and technical workflows
• Continuously seek opportunities for process and technology improvements

Who You Are:

• 3-5 years of experience in backend development, system integration, or similar roles
• Post-secondary education in computer science, software engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, Fabric, and Azure
• Experience with SharePoint Lists, email automation, API integrations, and dashboard creation
• Familiarity with developer tools like RavenDB, Octopus Deploy, Visual Studio
• Proficient in programming languages: C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, RESTful APIs, JSON
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
