Job Description:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

12+ years of experience in a client-facing and delivery management role.

5+ years of experience in a management role within an IT Services Consulting Organization.

Strong knowledge of Application Development and Maintenance Services.

Extensive experience in Property & Casualty Insurance projects for multiple clients in a global context.

Hands-on experience managing Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) projects.

Proven track record as a Program Manager, with progressive experience in project management roles.

Ability to establish credibility with clients by understanding their needs and delivering compelling solutions.

Strategic planning and analysis expertise, including new service offerings, revenue & staff forecasting, and account planning.

Strong communication skills for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and MS Visio.
