As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute their marketing initiatives.
This role is in office near the Toronto/North York area.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Execution:
- Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects, including paid search, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies, Google Ads, and other digital channels to drive lead generation and engagement.
- Oversee the company website and project microsites, ensuring content is up to date and engaging.
- Utilize data analytics to track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and manage multiple campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and proactively resolving any obstacles.
- Provide reporting and analysis on campaign performance, including KPIs, and offer recommendations for future strategies.
Creative Marketing & Collateral:
- Collaborate with internal and external designers/agencies to create high-quality brochures, floor plans, signage, and presentation centre assets.
- Lead the design and layout of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the company's branding and project identity.
- Manage the production of renderings, 3D tours, and interactive presentations for sales and marketing purposes.
- Ensure accuracy of room dimensions, layouts, and project details in all marketing materials.
- Write blog posts, email campaigns, and building content based on keyword and competitor research.
Presentation Centre & Project Launches:
- Oversee the design and execution of presentation centres, ensuring they reflect the quality and aesthetic of the project.
- Collaborate with the sales team on launch strategies and events to promote new developments.
- Coordinate the delivery of project signage, banners, and promotional materials.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Stay up to date on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of marketing experience in real estate development with Canadian or U.S. companies.
- Strong knowledge of floor plans, building layouts, and presentation centres.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid media, social, SEO, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing collateral production (brochures, signage, and promotional materials).
- Proven track record of project management and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
