Join autologiQ, a dynamic and innovative leader in the automotive service industry. We're passionate about transforming our customer experiences and driving growth through cutting-edge solutions. As we scale our operations, we're looking for a HubSpot Subject Matter Expert to be at the forefront of our marketing and sales strategies.

NOTE: We are not looking for freelance, contract workers. This position is based in office and will require you to dedicate a 40 hour work week to our organization.

Role Overview:

As a HubSpot SME, you will be the go-to expert in leveraging the HubSpot platform to optimize our marketing efforts, build and maintain workflows, enhance our sales funnel, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to strategize, implement, and analyze HubSpot initiatives that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise Development: Serve as the primary authority on HubSpot functionalities, features, and best practices, staying current with platform updates and industry trends.
  • Strategic Implementation: Lead the deployment and management of all HubSpot tools including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to support marketing campaigns, sales processes, and customer support initiatives.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot usage, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform to meet their goals.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and CRM metrics to identify opportunities for improvement; develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to streamline processes, enhance workflows, and ensure a cohesive use of HubSpot across departments.
  • Customer Engagement: Contribute to the creation of engaging content, automated workflows, and personalized customer journeys that enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in HubSpot with relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, HubSpot Sales Certification).
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, with a knack for data analysis and CRM management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advise and partner with internal teams.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
