Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications, including customizations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Perform system testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.
- Participate in system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
- Stay current with PeopleSoft updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Developer.
- Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and SQL.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials, HR, or Supply Chain modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of governmental regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface.
- Knowledge of integration tools such as Integration Broker and Web Services.
- Familiarity with Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
- Certification in PeopleSoft development or related technologies.
