Location: Hybrid 6176 Young Street, Halifax

We're supporting a high-impact initiative in Nova Scotia's healthcare system - leading the Endpoint Device Operating System Upgrades across provincial infrastructure. This role is central to modernizing devices used across the health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead OS image development, testing, and deployment

• Manage coordination with technical, service, and application teams

• Oversee change management, communications, and CAB processes

• Deliver weekly reports with risk and issue mitigation plans

• Engage with governance and stakeholder groups including Steering Committees

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years leading complex IT projects

• Experience in healthcare and/or public sector environments

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Proven track record of delivering results in cross-functional teams
