- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
- Demonstrated experience as a practicing Project Manager managing a complex CÚRAM technology-based implementation project to support publicly funded social programs.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing practices and techniques to navigate project governance frameworks is essential, including conducting project team meetings and engaging with Executive Steering Committees.
- Proven record of achievement as a Project Manager demonstrating experience in successfully working in an IT project environment overseeing 3 rd party implementors and proprietary technology solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing at least two large CRM projects with cloud integrations (large means budget of at least $500,000). Provide project complexity, budget, and team size.
- Proven record of achievement as a Project Manager demonstrating significant experience in successfully working in an IT project environment with an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Demonstrated experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience working with tools such as ServiceNow for tasks and ticket management.
