Utilismart Corporation seeks a highly motivated, experienced, and organized team player to join our growing team. As a Product Support Analyst, you will work as a product team member on our analytics software implementation, integration, synchronization, development, and support activities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support product development processes
• Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
• Design and execute quality assurance procedures
• Maintain data quality, integrity, and accuracy
• Analyze data to identify gaps and anomalies
• Troubleshoot issues using a variety of tools, including using PL-SQL/T-SQL queries
• Facilitate and support third-party systems integration and synchronization processes with Utilismart systems
• Analyze spatial data to identify connectivity issues and data gaps, identify solutions and implement them
• Communicate technical details and case statuses to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of data with the company's product development and support standards
• Develop and maintain knowledge database and other technical documentation
• Assist with additional tasks as delegated by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of product development or support experience
• Project management/coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data mining and analysis purposes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
