Our mission is to make complex underwater tasks safer, more efficient, and more accessible with intuitive, portable technology.

As we continue to grow, we're building a high-performance marketing team that blends creativity with analytics to drive measurable business results. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who can help us scale our digital programs, improve conversion rates, and turn data into actionable insight.

About the Role

You'll work cross-functionally with internal teammates, creative agencies, and sales to optimize campaigns, shape customer journeys, and identify new growth opportunities.

This is a hands-on role that blends strategy, analytics, and execution. You'll own the performance of multiple campaigns and be empowered to experiment, analyze, and iterate.

So, what do we look for in our team members at Deep Trekker? We value people who are curious, resourceful, and driven to make things better. We call it having "DEPTH"-a mindset that reflects who we are and how we work. DEPTH stands for: Drive to push boundaries, Empathy for customers and colleagues, Practicality in solving real-world problems, Team-first collaboration, and Humility to keep learning. These values guide everything we do-from designing new technologies to supporting a colleague on a tight deadline. If you're someone who takes initiative, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to do work that makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you. Please note: a marketing portfolio or relevant examples of your past work will be required during the interview process.
