About our client and the role :

Our client is a Digital Marketing Agency that works collaboratively to design effective solutions for clients across a spectrum of services, such as SEO, SEM, and SMM, reputation management and brand creation.

Primary Function

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for leading our client services team, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and fostering strong, long-term relationships with our clients. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Job Duties and Requirements

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to improve team productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and present new opportunities for their digital marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute client service strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and grow client accounts.
  • Develop and manage the client services budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor account profitability and work with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, make informed decisions, and improve client satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on data analysis and industry best practices.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related role within the digital marketing agency
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
