POSITION MANDATE
This position leads the Marketing function for Rayhawk. The role is responsible for developing and delivering all aspects of how the company's products are brought to market with the primary goal of driving a pipeline of new opportunities and revenue for the business.
Main areas of ownership include:

• Defining and leading Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Brand management
• Product value-based pricing strategy
• Product Marketing
• Communication and public relations
• Partnership management
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead the Marketing team, ensuring that it operates effectively and executes on goals.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to members of the Marketing team
• Prepare and maintain the Marketing budget, ensuring that ROI is measured and optimized
• Conduct insightful market research to better understand Rayhawk's target market and alternatives
in the industry, and apply this intelligence in shaping product and sales strategies
• Stay up to date with trends in the market and relevant customer challenges and use this
information to inform Marketing strategies
• Develop and lead the GTM strategy for Rayhawk's products
• Own Rayhawk's pricing strategy
• Build and maintain a compelling brand identity for Rayhawk that resonates with our target market
and enforces the company's values
• Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to promote Rayhawk, and drive new
opportunities, and increase brand awareness.
• Develop sales and product marketing collateral
• Identify and execute effective marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Oversee the creation of engaging content including industry whitepapers, social media content, case
studies, videos, and other customer enablement materials
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other channels.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and
user acquisition.
• Develop relationships with key influencers and industry experts to generate press coverage and
partnerships. Coordinate PR activities such as press releases and media appearances
• Manage event strategies including webinars and tradeshows. Coordinate trade show attendance
and represent Rayhawk at events
Prepare, analyze, and report on Marketing and Sales metrics that support effective planning,
performance measurement, and decision-making
• Ensure the development and maintenance of systems and databases that efficiently track
relevant Marketing information and metrics.
• Partner with others from the Product, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure a unified GTM
approach
• Communicates and models the organization's mission, vision and core values. Actively encourages
behaviors and initiatives that reflect the mission, vision and core values.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years experience in Marketing roles
• 5+ years experience leading Marketing function in a high-growth environment
• Proven success in product marketing management, launching new products or services, and
executing GTM strategies that drove revenue growth
• Previous experience in agriculture, technology, or transportation sectors considered an asset,
including past experience developing a value-based pricing strategy for these industries
• Deep understanding of content, digital, and event marketing strategies in a B2B enterprise sales
environment
• Strong creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns, a track record of
out-of-the-box ideas that drove significant growth director of Marketing
• Analytically strong with experience in tracking marketing campaigns and pulling actionable insights
from data.
