Our client in the Tech space is seeking an ADOBE EXPERIENCE PLATFORM Specialist for a hybrid model in Ontario, CA. In this role, you will lead the development and management of customer data capabilities, focusing on data across platforms like Adobe CDP, Adobe Campaign Manager, and Adobe Audience Manager. You'll drive CRM strategies, enhance customer engagement through data-driven marketing, enforce compliance with privacy laws, and manage the integration of marketing technology systems. At least 2 years of experience in the Adobe MArketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud is REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or database management, with B2B and B2C exposure.
  • EXPERT-LEVEL knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud - You will be using Adobe CDP, Adobe Campaign Manager (version 8), Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian privacy laws and experience with Adobe marketing tools.
  • Skilled in data analysis, campaign execution, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools.
