Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Audiology Services:

• Conduct audiological assessments, hearing aid evaluations, fittings,and repairs.
• Provide client-centred care, counselling, and personalised hearingsolutions.
• Perform cerumen management and hearing health screenings.

Business & Leadership Role:

• Participate in decision-making processeson pricing, hiring,and clinic operations.
• Help establish long-term strategies for business growth.
• Stay updated on hearing aid technology advancements and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide team members toenhance skills and client care.

Client & Team Engagement:

• Maintain a professional, friendly,and compassionate approachwith clients and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team to optimise businessoperations.

What We're LookingFor:

Fully licensed Audiologist (CASLPO) and eligible to practice in Ontario.

1+ years of experience preferred (but not a deal-breaker).

Experience with Blueprint Solutions and Otosuite is an asset.

Strong communication & leadership skillswith a desireto take on business responsibilities.

Strategic mindset& interest in business growthwithin the hearinghealthcare industry.
