Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead

Location: Mississauga, ON (Remote)

Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Architecture Technical Manager for our ServiceNow team
• The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in IT and a deep understanding of ServiceNow
• This role requires a strategic thinker who can act as the single point of contact for delivery enable best practice implementation and guide the team towards automation excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Single Spoke Person for Delivery Serve as the primary contact for all ServiceNow delivery related activities ensuring seamless communication and coordination
• Enable Best Practice Implementation Drive the adoption of best practices across the ServiceNow platform to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Design Architect Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and align with industry standards
• Review ServiceNow Roadmap Regularly review and update the ServiceNow roadmap to ensure it aligns with organizational goals and technological advancements
• Helping and Guiding Team for Automation Mentor and guide the team in identifying and implementing automation opportunities within the ServiceNow platform
• Fitment for SN product offerings Should lead discussions and develop the roadmap for introducing new ServiceNow products and offerings within the client's ecosystem

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in IT with a significant focus on ServiceNow modules like ITSM ITOM ITBM CSM HRSD PPM and APM
• Proven track record in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams

Preferred Skills

• In depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities
• Experience in project management and delivery
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
