You're a Great Fit If You

  • Have at least 5-8+ years of hands-on media buying experience, ideally across TikTok, Meta, Google Ads.
  • Have managed and scaled $1-5M+ ad budgets in a DTC, fintech, or app-focused environment.
  • Are deeply analytical-you live in CAC, LTV, and cohort retention reports.
  • Know how to collaborate with creative teams and know what good ad creative looks like.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and can make decisions quickly with imperfect data.
  • Are obsessed with growth-you always have a new test, hypothesis, or channel to explore.
  • Have experience with MixPanel, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, etc.

Bonus Points

  • Experience leading or building a performance marketing team at a scaling startup.
  • Strong interest in leveraging AI to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Previous experience marketing a mobile app (especially in finance or investing).
  • Creative instincts or copywriting chops are a plus.
