Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

You should have knowledge of developing and delivering digital campaigns using a variety of different tools. Coordinating with our in-house outreach team, you will play an important role in communicating with partners via calls to assist with their marketing needs. Be able to create scripts or templates for marketing concepts. Will also be able to quickly review campaigns and tactics based on leading and lagging indicators and adjust appropriately. The ability to learn new concepts and tools and apply them is a must.

Our preferred candidate should also be able to create, develop, and deliver Webinars. Experience in creation of Sales and Enablement collateral (both print and digital) would be an asset. An effective candidate would also be able to pull and manipulate data from multiple sources and transforming it into actionable intelligence. Taking technical information and distilling it down to the selling points for a less technical audience. Experience working with communications agencies is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, College Diploma, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven marketing knowledge, particularly within the industry
  • Highly creative with knowledge of identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML, and CSS development is an added PLUS.

  • Have a strong understanding of Marketing Automation Concepts
  • Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and communicate effectively with sales teams, associates, clients, and peers.
  • Have a strong understanding of branding & its importance.
  • Be able to develop, implement and manage both marketing and communications plans.
  • Have knowledge of Content Marketing strategy development and execution
  • Work with the team to measure Marketing Activity Outcomes and link it to Revenue generated. They should constantly explore ways to increase ROI
  • Be a competent problem solver
  • Be able to work under limited supervision
