Hiring: AI Developer (Calgary - Hybrid)

We are representing a startup that is on a mission to revolutionize leadership development, and I'm looking for a passionate AI & ML Engineer to help power that vision.

Tech Stack: Python TensorFlow PyTorch JavaScript Node.js React AWS LLMs NLP

What You'll Do:

• Design, build & deploy AI/ML models that drive intelligent product features
• Work hands-on with NLP and LLMs for real-world applications
• Integrate AI solutions into a JavaScript-based platform
• Support backend/frontend dev tasks and cloud-based deployments
• Contribute to ethical, scalable AI systems with strong performance

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML (academic, internship, or industry)
• Strong Python skills for ML development
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Nice to Have:

• JavaScript/Node.js/React experience
• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and optimization
• Vector DBs, embeddings, RAG
• Academic research or open-source contributions
