Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain GIS platforms, including ArcGIS Enterprise and FME Flow/Form, ensuring optimal system performance
• Provide technical support for GIS client solutions, integrations, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and data-related issues
• Perform data acquisition, transformation, conversion, and quality assurance (QA/QC) tasks to ensure data accuracy
• Develop and maintain GIS web applications using Esri tools such as Experience Builder, Dashboards, Field Maps, and Survey123
• Document system administration tasks, workflows, and provide clear deployment and service desk guides
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and assist in cross-training other GIS team members to foster continuous learning

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or diploma in GIS, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university or institute
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on GIS-related experience, including system development, support, and integration
• At least 3 years of experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Desktop (10.8.2), ArcGIS Pro (3.2.1), and FME Flow/Form (2023.3)
• Proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Desktop, Web GIS tools (Experience Builder, Dashboards, Field Maps, Survey123), and FME platforms
• Strong experience with Esri Geodatabases, ArcGIS REST APIs, .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, ArcGIS Python API, and Jupyter Notebooks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments

Pay Rate: $85-105/hour
