We are seeking a seasoned mining professional with strong IT and business strategy experience to act as the go-to technology leader for multiple mine sites. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on operational mining experience and has successfully transitioned into technology-driven leadership, helping operations reduce impact, increase efficiency, and save costs through innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Act as a strategic advisor for mining operations across North America, aligning technology initiatives with operational goals
• Engage with senior mine leadership to understand site needs, evaluate opportunities, and deliver measurable business value
• Build and execute a technology strategy and roadmap in collaboration with operations and IT teams
• Champion technologies that support fleet management, condition monitoring, tailings management, autonomous haulage, and process control
• Support planning, investment, and capital allocation processes tied to technology enablement

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in the mining industry across operations and/or engineering roles
• A blend of business acumen and technical knowledge-background in mine/process engineering or technology strategy preferred
• Strong understanding of OT and IT in mining environments, including ERP and analytics tools
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leadership and build business cases for strategic investment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
